Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and that you have your proof of purchase or order confirmation email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items you wish to return, including a note with your order number and the reason for the return to help our team process it quickly.
Submit Your Return
Bring your items directly to The Hanger store on campus for an immediate exchange or drop them off at our designated service point for a refund processing.
Receive Refund
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
